After months of work, I’ve wrapped up my undercover part, and starting Tuesday, I will share what I’ve learned about foreign nationals who have entered our country.

Here’s a quick list of some recent notable events:

• Yesterday, Chicago scanner traffic posted by SpotXNews reported, “Over 100 migrants attacking security, security are off duty, police officers.”
• Police have arrested over 60 offenders in Oak Brook, IL, at a single mall for robbery.
• Yesterday, migrants threw bottles and other objects at NYPD during an arrest at a shelter.
• While trying to make an arrest, multiple attackers beat NYPD officers in Times Square and were then released.
• Over the weekend, four men in Chicago strangled and robbed a guy on the train.

In a sanctuary city, police can’t arrest someone based on an immigration violation.
Former NYPD Chief of Department Ken Corey told the NY Times that it is nearly impossible to know the numbers because they can’t ask about immigration status, so police do not track these crimes separately in many locations.

Multiple sources have informed me that most of these people prefer to use weapons with points. It’s important to recognize the serious threat that homemade objects like sharp knives pose.

These objects can be extremely difficult to defend against, and taking proactive measures to avoid confrontation is the best way to stay safe. One first-hand account I have is of a man chasing me with a shiv while I was taking pictures, including his. Fortunately, I was faster than he was.

Crime data should include immigration status so authorities can get a handle on how bad this is.

On Sunday, pro-Palestinian demonstrators vandalized the Los Angeles National Cemetery, which is a burial site for over 80,000 veterans of World War I, World War II, the Vietnam War, and other conflicts.

The vandalism occurred as hundreds of protesters gathered outside the US Federal Building in West Los Angeles. The entrance to the cemetery was spray painted, with the words “Free Gaza” and “intifada” spray-painted on the sign.

Prosecutors went after criminals under these statutes last year in Los Angeles for less blatant acts.

Multiple times last year, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass spoke out against hate crimes and, in October, said, “The vile act of hate that took place this morning has no place in our city.”

On a previous incident, Rep. Ted Lieu, D “The anti-Semitic acts and vandalism in Westwood are despicable. There is no `context’ in which anti-Semitism is acceptable. It is vile, repugnant, and abhorrent,” Lieu wrote on X. “I urge law enforcement to investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.”

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon posted a statement on Facebook in June saying, “The vandalism that occurred in the Westwood area yesterday is yet another harmful act that is causing fear and anger for so many in our community, myself included.”

Defacing a national cemetery is a hate crime, and there is a long list of charges authorities can file.

• Cal. 594.3 Felony vandalism with enhancement (422.7): Felony vandalism with a hate crime enhancement – It is a felony in California to vandalize a cemetery.

(b) Any person who knowingly commits any act of vandalism to a Church….. or cemetery, which is shown to have been a hate crime and to have been committed for the purpose of intimidating and deterring persons from freely exercising their religious beliefs, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision

• California Penal Code 182: Conspiracy to commit a crime
• PC 11412: Religious Terrorism (Felony)

If the city or the state doesn’t want to, how about:

• Federal 18 US Code 247: Damage to religious property. Subsection C says if it affects foreign commerce, and that’s exactly what they are trying to do.

(1) intentionally defaces, damages, or destroys any religious real property, because of the religious character of that property, or attempts to do so;

(b) The circumstances referred to in subsection (a) are that the offense is in or affects interstate or foreign commerce.

Protestors defaced the Lincoln Memorial last year, among other places. When criminals know there are no repercussions, things escalate.

What happened to those incidents caused by protesters? Once again, they got away with it, and now it’s escalated to a national cemetery.

Why is it that the overwhelming majority of people say to arrest them all, but nobody’s getting arrested?

I recommend emailing the people in charge and speaking out on their social media like X and Facebook. It’s called showing up for the “ratio” and is effective. It’s time we took the game to them with a professional and business-like approach.

What US state has the strictest gun laws?

When you think of strict gun laws, California and New York are the first states that come to mind. Chicago and the State of Illinois have some of the strictest gun laws in any area of the US. Yet, Chicago also has one of the highest mass shootings and murder rates anywhere in the US. I looked at the Chicago Tribune website and found some interesting data that track homicides in Chicago.

Looking at the age and race of the murder victims and the specific areas in which they lived, I saw a pattern. Systemic racism’ doesn’t appear to be an underlying cause. This pattern seems consistent in every city with a high murder rate. Between the Chicago Tribune and HeyJackass Chicago, you can draw your own conclusions by sifting through the data.

Some argue that a significant reduction in these unfortunate fatalities may be achieved by outlawing all or most commonly used firearms. If that IS true, why ISN’T it true in cities where most guns are outlawed? BTW, it has always been a crime to murder a person with rocks, cars, strangling, beating, bats, clubs, knives, and guns. And just for the record, criminals don’t obey laws.

How can we solve high crime rates?

Here are a few possible solutions to this problem in Chicago and every location experiencing high violent crime rates:

1) Educate kids early on about courtesy, kindness, respect, faith, character, civics, and the value and sanctity of all life.

2) Allow law enforcement to arrest, prosecute, and imprison any violent crime perpetrators. End the insane ‘catch and release’ no-bail policies.

3) Support and show REAL respect for police, fire, emergency, military, and other first responders. Hire them very carefully, based on character and experience. And let them do their jobs of busting criminals and gangs. Ask any police officer; they know exactly who the criminals are in any given area.

4) Research who you vote for and vote out all judges and other civic authorities who will not enforce the laws and hold criminals responsible.

5) End welfare programs that allow those who can work to live without working. And hold fathers and mothers responsible for the behavior of their children. Calling “mob actions” gatherings isn’t helping matters.

6) Require mandatory and regular drug and alcohol testing to qualify for benefits. Failing a single negative test means that ALL benefits STOP for a period of time. Multiple failures mean permanent suspension of benefits.

Although this may seem harsh, I believe the current number of violent deaths is far more severe. Innocent people, including many children, are being killed.

Why should we have a gun for self-defense?

Last, we can use firearms for good or bad. Law-abiding citizens can protect themselves more effectively than the police. With law enforcement response times increasing, self-protection is more important than ever. Just look at this recent incident in Chicago, where a couple had to wait more than 20 minutes for help to arrive.

To put this in another light, if firearms kill people, then spoons make people fat.

Motor Vehicle Theft Sees Alarming 232% Increase

One of the most significant areas of concern is the dramatic rise in motor vehicle theft across Chicago. Over the past four years, instances of car theft have surged by a jaw-dropping 232%. There is a difference between carjacking and motor vehicle theft, though, so carjackings are not listed. For it to be considered a carjacking, some threat of force has to be involved in taking the vehicle from the person who has it. That person could be its owner, a parking valet, or any third party who has it.

Robberies Reach a Disturbing High: A 33% Surge in the Past Month

Another troubling trend is the increase in robberies across Chicago. In the past month, Chicago has witnessed a total of 908 robberies, a 33% surge. That’s an average of 32 robberies per day, making it a matter of concern for anyone who lives, works, or visits the area. The surge in robberies has created an atmosphere of uncertainty and insecurity, leading people to wonder about their safety and the efficacy of the measures taken to address this surge. Or lack of effort.

Police Response Time Increase

There have been multiple cases of long police response times and sometimes no response at all. Recently, on the north side, a couple had to call 911 three times in 20 minutes during an attempted home break-in. The delayed response resulted in the resident shooting the intruder.

The surge in crime rates in Chicago for 2023 has raised considerable alarm bells. With motor vehicle thefts increasing by a shocking 232% in four years and robberies up by 33% in the past month alone, the safety of the city’s residents isn’t looking good.
