Recent incidents involving multiple tow trucks chasing, ramming, and even gunfire are concerning. Competition between tow truck drivers for the same tow has happened before.
Today: “A call came in of two tow trucks chasing and ramming into one another. 2 male Hispanics, one reported to have had a weapon. A squad car was on scene to witness the events.” There were at least four, maybe five, trucks involved.

In January, “A tow truck driver opened fire on two competitors over a job, only to learn the hard way that the competitors were armed concealed-carry license holders, according to prosecutors.”

Then, in June, “Once the vehicles were stopped, the driver of the tow truck allegedly pulled out a gun, and the other driver, who has a valid concealed carry license (CCL), pulled out a gun and fired one shot, striking the tow truck driver.” (I’m not sure who was the guilty party in this one.)

It’s clear that the focus should be on individual responsibility rather than blaming the object used. Chicago has some of the strictest gun control laws in the country, and lawmakers can’t keep blaming the weapon.

The warning is to ensure that whatever you say is voluntary, protecting your Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and your Sixth Amendment right to an attorney.

“Voskresensk, Moscow region, a 19-year-old girl grabbed a knife from the counter and attacked the customers, the press service of the Moscow region department of the Investigative Committee (IC) reported on June 18 in its Telegram channel.

The girl’s motives have not yet been established. She failed to injure anyone – even before the police arrived, the girl was subdued and held by several men. One of them hit the attacker in the head with a well-aimed throw with a grocery basket, the Investigative Committee noted.

According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region, the incident occurred after a conflict between the girl and store employees.

In England, the government heavily restricts guns and knives. Last year, 49,489 offenses involved a knife or sharp object in England and Wales; almost 13,000 were in London.

The Firearms (Amendment) Act 1997 essentially banned private ownership of handguns in the United Kingdom, but criminals are criminals, and they’ll still figure out ways to commit crimes and hurt people.

You can use all kinds of things to defend yourself, like a fire extinguisher, maybe a broom handle, and even a shopping cart in this incident.

Fortunately, the US has the Second Amendment, and you can carry a firearm for self-defense in most of the country.

Sometimes, all it takes is for one person to step up, and others will follow.

You can hear three shots, and if you look at individual frames, you can see that the kid who got attacked had a gun.

If this was an adult and they did not initiate the attack, it would most likely be justified, resulting in charges not being filed.

Since this kid was under 18 and illegally had a firearm, where do they go from here?

One-on-one fights are no longer the norm for settling disputes. This is where “disparity of force” comes into the equation, and it MIGHT be justification for using deadly force to stop the attack. I used the word might because every scenario is unique.

Unconfirmed information puts the deceased and the shooter under 18. Remember, initial reports are sometimes inaccurate.

In February, four armed men in Chicago jumped out of a vehicle as a woman was walking to the train early in the morning, heading for work. The first assault and robbery lasted for over two minutes as they attacked her on the sidewalk, taking her belongings.

Trying to get help, she went into the street, but neither a CTA bus nor the two cars that went by stopped.

The assailants then returned and forced her to unlock her phone.

The police report said these guys were “laughing while this all happened,” and the bus driver witnessed the robbery.

Adriana’s daughter said, “They told her they were going to shoot her if she didn’t give them the pin,” and that “the next time they came, she thought they were going to kill her for the same thing.”

“Maybe I was a bit overconfident,” the woman said. “It never went through my head that something like this could happen to me.”

I can’t stress enough that complacency can get you killed, and if something happens, you will most likely be on your own.

A guy in a hoodie gets out of the Charger and tries to hide the rifle in his pants. Technically, I guess it may be a pistol, but it’s hard to measure the barrel length on the screen, and I get confused about what falls in what category, anyway.

Illinois has tightened its restrictions on what it considers assault weapons, yet, in the past year, the instances of this style of rifle being caught on camera appear to have gone up considerably.

I have a few questions:

• Do you think the guy registered the gun as required under Illinois law?
• Does he have a CCL or FOID?
• Were police allowed to go after them, considering Chicago’s no-pursuit policy?

My guess is that the car and the occupants are still wanted. If you don’t let the police do their jobs and go after law-abiding gun owners, this is what you get.

How many times does it need to be said?

When handling a firearm, SAFETY is ALWAYS the top priority.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the first time he fired a gun, and the person who gave it to him should have seen the potential for something like that to happen.

After months of work, I’ve wrapped up my undercover part, and starting Tuesday, I will share what I’ve learned about foreign nationals who have entered our country.

Here’s a quick list of some recent notable events:

• Yesterday, Chicago scanner traffic posted by SpotXNews reported, “Over 100 migrants attacking security, security are off duty, police officers.”
• Police have arrested over 60 offenders in Oak Brook, IL, at a single mall for robbery.
• Yesterday, migrants threw bottles and other objects at NYPD during an arrest at a shelter.
• While trying to make an arrest, multiple attackers beat NYPD officers in Times Square and were then released.
• Over the weekend, four men in Chicago strangled and robbed a guy on the train.

In a sanctuary city, police can’t arrest someone based on an immigration violation.
Former NYPD Chief of Department Ken Corey told the NY Times that it is nearly impossible to know the numbers because they can’t ask about immigration status, so police do not track these crimes separately in many locations.

Multiple sources have informed me that most of these people prefer to use weapons with points. It’s important to recognize the serious threat that homemade objects like sharp knives pose.

These objects can be extremely difficult to defend against, and taking proactive measures to avoid confrontation is the best way to stay safe. One first-hand account I have is of a man chasing me with a shiv while I was taking pictures, including his. Fortunately, I was faster than he was.

Crime data should include immigration status so authorities can get a handle on how bad this is.

“I found a great sale, and it was only……” Firearm, night on the town, car upgrade—how much did that purse really cost?

If this was real, that guy would be in a ton of trouble when she got home. Who’s done it, time to come clean.

After apprehending three juveniles, police released one they determined was not involved in the shooting. Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves said the shooting “appeared to be a dispute between several people that ended in gunfire.” She said in a different press statement, “We will not relent until everyone who played a part in the crimes is apprehended.”

Although police haven’t confirmed if it was one of the people arrested, two men at the rally jumped on and held down someone with a gun.

After hearing a man yell to stop someone, Paul Contreras said he tackled a guy. The male that Contreras tackled was carrying a gun, and another bystander picked it up and then set it to the side during the takedown. Trey Filter piled on and told the AP, “We was like, We got him,” and started yelling, “There’s a gun!”

Bystanders caught the situation from multiple angles and posted it on social media, plus Fox4KC showed an image of the crime scene. Other people posted more photos from the event.

It appears the firearm had a 40-round magazine, and what looks like a red buffer tube (the back end where a stock would be on the gun in layman’s terms) was sticking out of one backpack. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but there is something worth questioning sticking out of the second backpack.

For now, we can only be sure of what’s floating around social media and bystander accounts, but time will tell if the police department releases information and official photos of who did it and what they used.
