Illinois Injunction Against Assault Weapons

A judge has granted a statewide preliminary injunction against the “Illinois Assault Weapons Ban,” which has been causing issues for law-abiding citizens. The bill has ambiguous language that makes it open to interpretation, but the injunction means that Defendants are now unable to enforce it statewide.

This is a massive win for the Second Amendment and gun owners in Illinois.
