A man in Chicago on New Year’s Eve decides he’s going to get out of his car on one of the busiest roads in the city and starts shooting into the air, but no one appears to care about it.
He is firing shots on Lake Shore Drive, which is located right in the middle of downtown. A person in a different vehicle joins in, firing his gun, and you can hear someone laughing in the background.
Radom incidents like this are becoming more and more common, even though Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the country.
In the second part of the video, you can see an individual shooting a handgun off his front porch, smiling for Instagram. Is there anyone willing to bet money on whether the authorities will apprehend him?
Not a good way to start the new year for Chicago.
