Intruder Shot – ONLY Charged With Trespassing

Slap On The Wrist - Home Invasion

An INTRUDER who got SHOT TWICE during an attempted break-in WALKS with a hand slap. This is the one where the couple living in the house called 911 multiple times over 20 minutes for help last week in Chicago.

I wrote an entire article about the shooting a few days ago on USA Carry

It ended up, the offender got rewarded with a misdemeanor trespassing charge. (plus two bullet holes)

He doesn’t even have to go to court and is released directly from the hospital with no bail. Granted, he got shot twice, but does anyone honestly think he learned his lesson?

It gets better. The real kicker is he was already out with no bail for trespassing at Soldier Field a few days earlier.

The only good news is the resident wasn’t charged, and the attempted home invasion was not successful.

How’s that no cash bail working Chicago?

CWB Chicago covered the story.
