A man in Chicago with a concealed carry license left his gun inside his unlocked truck, and a homeless woman stole it and used it to rob a store before trading it for heroin. It’s a reminder to properly secure firearms, especially in a dangerous area. The man had completed training for his license, so he should have known better.
